Mosquito & Tick Spraying
Mosquitos and Ticks are becoming more prevalent every year. There is an ever expanding list of diseases and illnesses they can transmit to humans and animals. We offer an All- Natural and Synthetic solutions to help prevent your family and pets from contracting any of these diseases. Typical treatments run April Through October. We recommend treating your property every 3 weeks. However, plans can be totally customized to meet your needs. Treatments will include spraying of plants, bushes, trees, property perimeter, high grass areas, and any other area that would hold or be a breeding ground for these pesty insects. Spray is applied when there is sufficient time for it to dry, which is about 30 minutes. Once it has dried it is very water resistant. We DO NOT spray in the rain. Spraying when wet is ineffective as the product does not have time to dry.
To be most effective it is important to have a consistent treatment plan. However, we do offer Special Event Treatments for those important occasions that you should not be bothered by these insects.

Deer Spraying
We use an All-Natural spray that is safe for humans, pets, and landscaping. It is even safe for the Deer! It will not harm them, they just don’t like the smell or taste of it. They are creatures of pattern and once they begin to realize that your beautiful plants don’t taste or smell so good anymore they will move on to find other food sources (which are plentiful). The spray will have a minty or herbal odor that will dissipate as it dries. It will not make your property smell bad but the deer will still smell it because their sense of smell is much more advanced than ours. This spraying does not prevent deer from entering your property. It only prevents them from snacking on your landscaping.
Deer spraying is done year round, as Deer eat year round! We recommend treating your property every 3 weeks. The Vineyard also has some of the most beautiful landscaped properties. To a Deer, this landscaping is like an all you can eat buffet.
